RUBEZH training center

The educational programs of the RUBEZH training center are used both for the development of the Company's personnel, creating opportunities for professional growth, and for the development of practical skills in the design, commissioning and operation of RUBEZH technical security systems for users.

Training of the Company's employees on the Quality Management System is carried out on the basis of materials that meet the requirements of the ISO 9000 series.

Cooperation with universities

The Company is doing serious work on the selection and training of its own personnel. A joint program with universities is regularly implemented to attract young specialists (Saratov State Technical University named after Y. Gagarin, Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov). Many former students who has completed internships in the Company are the current employees.

“ZARUBEZH” (lit. abroad) educational project

“ZARUBEZH” (lit. abroad) educational project

The project enabled young people to receive all the necessary resources to bring their ideas to life within the RUBEZH Company. During a several weeks course, the project participants completed various tests, talked with mentors-employees of the Company and gained experience in team and personal cases solution. As a result, the students were offered to stay to work in the Company, and the winner of the project won a grant of 250,000 rubles for training and development!

Presidential management training program

The most promising employees of the Company get the opportunity to undergo training under the Presidential program, which is organized in accordance with the State Plan for the management personnel training. Since 2007, more than 50 managers and specialists of the Company have completed this training.

In order to introduce the latest technologies and learn from the experience of foreign colleagues, the Company's specialists are sent abroad (Japan, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, China).

An active lifestyle and love for sports are an integral part of the corporate culture. Every year RUBEZH holds a sports day, during which the Company's employees take part in the family relay race and competitions in futsal, volleyball, chess, ping-pong.

Children's festival “The future is in the present”

The festival "Future in the Present" has become a tradition. For 6 years, the children of the Company's employees have been participating in projects of various directions, such as vocal, instrumental, visual arts, choreographic arts and construction. The best works are performed at the final stage of the festival, during which the winners are awarded and the Rubezhtino theater-studio is presented. The children's creative works can also be seen at all the facilities of the Company.
